Unable to Add New Users
I am unable to add a new User to a company file. We have 15+ AR files and this is the only one I cannot invite Users to, we have recently added this file as it is a new business about to start. ...

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in inviting a user. Generally, this error message only appears if the login you are using to invite them is not an administrator for that specific file. I recommend switching to an administrator email address and retrying the invite.
If the issue persists after that, you may need to visit help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com to find MOCA, our virtual assistant. Use MOCA for immediate queries and assistance. If MOCA can't help, you'll be automatically directed to our live chat team for deeper troubleshooting.
