updated to 2023.3 now wont open

System.IO.FileNotFoundException     ERROR?

Please help

  • Any solutions to this problem yet ?? 

    I have just updated to 2023.3.0 and now my myobs wont open.

      Neither will mine....Spinning wheel of death and a "not responding"

      Hopefully every one's myob is working again by now!

      If not,  I actually uninstalled the program and then re-installed and it seemed to work fine after that.

      Ok I've got mine working

      uninstalled MYOB completely and downloaded it again

      works fine and no issues,all customers and invoices etc still intact as it's cloud based

  • Updated file finally opened after 10 minutes of the spinning curser. Once in the file it is slow and non-responsive. To create one entry from a bank feed has taken about 5 minutes.

  • Having the same issue, just installed.  MYOB app version does not work however online version does.  I have been waiting on the phone to MYOB for 30 minutes but given up.
