URGENT Access MYOB program

Started MYOB usual way but sent email for verification code.  No emails came through.

Did this three times.  So tried website this worked fine.  Now I have access to MYOB I re-tried to get into my program and it worked and gave me the two factor email.  I entered it.  It went into the program but denied access.

I'm assuming I've been locked out.

What happened to prevent emails being sent to me and then locked out(?).  Have a lot of work to do and need back in urgently.  Please help

    PS Its latest Accountright plus version ITS WORKING now but had to access website to get it to send authentication code to my email.  Then after many attempts it access.   What caused all this?  I was careful no typing errors were made.

      I'm glad that it's now working! If you're using email for 2FA and notice that emails are taking longer than 2-3 minutes to arrive, please try refreshing your email inbox. It can also be helpful to check your junk or spam folder and mark any 2FA emails as 'not spam' to prevent them from being filtered in the future.

       

      Adding no-reply@myob.com to your address book or trusted sender list can improve delivery reliability. Additionally, you may want to star, flag or mark your 2FA emails as important to make them easier to find. This link has detailed information and instructions to assist with this issue.
