URGENT MYOB Stuck in Backup - Please Help!

MYOB is stuck in back up mode and and I urgently need to access the files. I can't ask MOCA because they want my CLient ID which I don't have because it won't let me log in and also can't use My Account for the same reason.

 

Please help!!

    Hi Hayley76,

     

    Being stuck in backup mode when you really need access is really disruptive. I know how urgent this is, so I went ahead and checked your profile here in the Community Forum to grab a few more details. I was able to find your account and successfully run a script, so you should now be able to access your file without any further issues.

     

    If this happens again, you can also give our team a call and let them know you can’t access your Client ID. They can search for you using other details (like your email address or business name) and help clear that stuck backup state for you.
