User access

I have a user whose access is different in the desktop version vs browser version.

 

She can create and save documents in browser version but only view them in the desktop verion.

 

How can I fix her access so that it's the same in both?

    Hi YML,

     

    This issue is likely due to differences in how user roles and permissions are set up between the browser and desktop versions. The best way to fix it is to check the user's role in both browser and desktop to ensure they have the same level of access. If their permissions in the desktop version are more restrictive, updating them to match the browser version should resolve the problem. After making changes, the user may need to log out and back in for them to take effect.
