Where is payroll?

We have our first employee. Our AccountRight subscription says we get Single Touch Payroll but I can't see Payroll anywhere in the screen. Where do I find it?

    OK fixed with a call to MYOB and a change in Settings. The product was set at AccountRight Standard. It had to be changed to AccountRight Plus

    Hi IanE2073,

     

    Glad you got that sorted! We would have pointed you to our support team to figure that out as well. There are times when the file itself may not match the subscription being paid for. This is sometimes picked up by the periodic confirmations in AccountRight or you might identify it in situations like this when you try to use a feature that isn't available in the file version you have. Thanks again for sharing here that it's fixed.
