There is no link to a support article in your post. Also Checking in and Checking out was discontinued back in 2020. Users must instead use the backup and restore approach. You may want to provide MaurieStreet with details about this instead.

Thank you for providing your thoughts on this issue. I appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge. I also realize that the link I provided is no longer valid. With that, I want to apologize to MaurieStreet, for this inconvenience. I have sent a private message to her providing the correct process for her concern in working with MYOB without her internet access.
