There isn't a specific report that exclusively lists credit notes issued to customers. However, credit notes are generally recorded depending on the type of transaction and typically show up in broader reports, such as Account Receivable and Customer transaction report. You'd need to go through these reports to pull out the credit notes for the time period you're after. For more info on all the sales-related reports, check out this link.

Thanks but that seems to only show the open credits for that period - Im after all of the credits credited for the year. Thankyou
Amandah73 , you're right; unfortunately Credit is a status, not a document type, so once the credit has been settled or applied to an invoice, the status changes.
Another way to find them is to export your sales invoices (File, Import/Export wizard) to a text file, open the text file via the link that appears after the export is done, copy and paste the text to Excel, then filter or search for the lines where the total is negative. Sales have to be exported by type (item, service).
Mike_James, I did end up being able to use the Sales register Detail [All Sales] report and then sorted by Amount and then in Ascending order - This has created the report perfectly - thank you for your help.
