Credit Note report - Audit Request

Morning All, I have been asked to provide  the list of all credit notes issued during the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. I cannot find this report at all or find a way to create it. Your...

Hi Amandah73,

 

There isn't a specific report that exclusively lists credit notes issued to customers. However, credit notes are generally recorded depending on the type of transaction and typically show up in broader reports, such as Account Receivable and Customer transaction report. You'd need to go through these reports to pull out the credit notes for the time period you're after. For more info on all the sales-related reports, check out this link.

Thank you - but that means going through 236 pages of transactions.
