Exporting reports to Excel failing as using older excel versions prohibited by organisational settings

We export reports to excel a lot for month end reporting analysis etc and we are currently unable to export to excel, getting a trust center issue error (attached). Our IT provider think this is ...

I apologize for the delayed response. I suggest visiting a posts that addresses the same issue you're experiencing and provides a solution. Export to Excel not working and Export to Excel doesn't work.
