GST reports - include or exclude gst?
I used to be able to exclude or include GST in the GST Summary reports - there was a "toggle" drop down list to choose either. But it's disappeared. I read that the ATO wants the reports to be GST...

I hear and understand what you are saying.
However, for the record, in the Report "GST Summary Accrual" the figures under the headings "Sale Value" and "Purchase Value" do now include GST in those figures. i.e. they are GST Inclusive.
The total GST is seen under the headings "Tax Collected" and "Tax Paid".
