Currently, it is not possible to directly include product/item details in the General Ledger (Detail) report in MYOB. The 'Show Hide' option does not support this feature.
However, you can use other reporting options that are designed to include product/item details. One way is to run an 'Item Transaction Report.' This report allows you to see transactions related to specific products or items without having to drill into each line. Inventory reports

Can you please tell me how to narrow the Item Transaction Report down to just the Shrinkage account, rather than the 48 pages I'm looking at currently?

The Account Transaction report provides the same information as the General Ledger.
I want to see the Product/Item in the report.
