Insights requesting Bank Feed

I have had bank feeds active and running with my bank for years.

 

Today after the latest update, I clicked on View Insights in the browser version of MYOB and was asked "Connect a bank".

 

My online banking shows a MYOB bank feed is already active so I cannot create another new feed.

 

So now I can't get Insights as I'm stuck in the loop of being asked to activate a feed which already exists....this worked during Beta and literally stopped after last nights update to MYOB.

 

Why is there a 1 step forward, 2 steps backward process after every MYOB update.

    Hi Albare,

     

    That's a rough one when it was all working fine before. It does sound like Insights isn't recognising your existing bank feed after the update, which definitely shouldn't be happening. You can try logging out and back in just to rule out a quick glitch. If it's still looping, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can check your file and get it sorted properly.
