I want to allow LIVE, READ ONLY USER ACCESS to the MYOB accountright cloud file for the purpose of due diligence.
As the file has 9 financial years of data, can I LIMIT ACCESS TO A DATE RANGE.
For example the last 3 FY's only, or a specified date range for them to generate and download reports?

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum.
Apologies for the delayed response. MYOB AccountRight doesn't have a feature to limit user access to reports within a specific date range. User permissions are based on roles and tasks, not on date ranges. Generally, certain reports can only be run for one year on either side of the current financial year within your file. However, you can restrict users to individual sections of reports. For further information, please refer to this Help article, Manage Users.
