No Preview available when printing reports

Since updating the Accountright Standard file to Version 2024.2.0, when printing reports the preview screen says 'No Preview Available'. Is there a way to update this to show the report or turn off the preview screen completely.

    This takes for ever to get through to backend support. Please upload a fix for us now. I  really don't have the time to waste getting through your MOCA
