Hi squinny,
Yes, you can do this in your online file. You can still generate and print a jobs list in AccountRight. Go to Reports > Accounts > Jobs > Jobs List, then select the option to show active jobs only before running the report.
Cheers,

Thanks for replying Princess. I appreciate your time. That was where I got to. But I can't print the list or even save to a PDF. Is that not possible any more?

Hi squinny,
That’s a little unusual, as I tested this on my end and was still able to run the reports, unless you’re using the browser version.
If you’re using the desktop version and still can’t print or export, we’ll need to take a closer look at your specific company file. Please reach out to our support team through one of the options on our Contact page, and they’ll be happy to investigate this further.
Cheers,
Princess

I have been using both!! I'm trying to change to the browser version so I can use it anywhere. But I can't do everything I need using the browser version so I swap back to the desktop version when I need.
