Print preview not working

Hi,  I have purchased a new laptop with Windows 11.  Print preview is not showing - any ideas?

Hi Roonzy75

In your new laptop, you'll need to download and run the applicable register.bat file. Please see this help page for detailed instructions: Cannot preview or print reports

    Thaks for your reply.  This has not worked.  The cmd reply was ' down not exist'
