MYOB Account Right - Print and Preview Error

In the past few days, I am receiving an error when trying to generate some of my Sales Order or Invoices. Myob cant preview or print to PDF and i receive this error:

"Cannot convert null to 'int' because it is a non-nullable value type"

 

It seems to try and create the order/invoice but then nothing happens. Other invoices and orders work fine, its almost like its missing a field or something is stopping it from generating. 

 

To resolve this i have:

Filled out every single field in the forms

Try using a default form instead of one of our customised forms

Clear the cache

If I open MYOB in the web browser, I can send"View PDF" and it will generate, but in the app this same order cant be generated?

 

Using AccountRight Plus AU 2026.5.0

Build: 2026.5.1.15

    Hi precision123,

     

    Thanks for sharing everything you’ve already tried. Since it sounds like the issue is only happening in the AccountRight desktop app, I’d suggest clearing the AccountRight cache again just to make sure it’s fully refreshed. If the error is still happening after that, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can take a closer look with you. In the meantime, it’s good to know the PDF is still generating through the browser version.
