Hello Princess,
I have done what you advised to clear browser cache, but unfortunately this still left me with the same problem clicking the green button to create the TP File and nothing happens .
So i did manage on desktop no issues there, but i would like MYOB team to take a closer look at why this happens on the browser and hopefully have this matter rectified.
*I have two other companies and I can click and create TP file with no issues.
can this be actioned please

Thanks for confirming that. As Princess mentioned, this will need to be looked into by support.
Because the file works on desktop but not in the browser, and your other company files aren’t having the same issue, it looks like something that needs further checking from our support team.
