Report of Supplier Transactions by Acct

Hi,&nbsp;I'm hoping someone can help me out with a report I can't seem to generate?&nbsp;We need to audit our purchase figures against those lodged by our suppliers with our buying group BUT it needs to exclude freight charges &amp; discounts given.&nbsp;The 'Purchases [Supplier Detail]' report is almost perfect only I can't filter the GL accounts included in the report.&nbsp;Is there another report that will achieve closer to what I need, or is the best bet to export 'Purchases [Supplier Detail]' report and manipulate in excel? I'd prefer not to as it's a large number of suppliers and need to generate monthly reports.&nbsp;Thanks!&nbsp;

Hi jess23,Currently, the 'Purchases [Supplier Detail]' report does not allow filtering by GL accounts directly. The alternative option is to export the 'Purchases [Supplier Detail]' report to Excel and manually exclude the freight charges and discounts. Although this might be cumbersome due to the large number of suppliers and the need for monthly reports, it is a viable option if no other report fits your needs perfectly.Regards,Earl
