Currently, the 'Purchases [Supplier Detail]' report does not allow filtering by GL accounts directly. The alternative option is to export the 'Purchases [Supplier Detail]' report to Excel and manually exclude the freight charges and discounts. Although this might be cumbersome due to the large number of suppliers and the need for monthly reports, it is a viable option if no other report fits your needs perfectly.
