Spend Money transactions in the P & L report

Hi, can anyone please clarify if Spend Money transactions appear in the P&L report? I have MYOB Accountright Many Thanks

    Hi DC71 

    It depends on which Account Code (now called Categories for some bizarre reason) that you code the Spend Money transaction to. If you code to Income, Cost of Sales, Expense, Other Income or Other Expenses (all P&L accounts), then they will show in the P&L. If you choose and Asset, Liability or Equity account, then they will show in the Balance Sheet.
