Yes, it's possible to use a journal entry, but I’d really recommend checking with your accountant first before recording one, just to avoid creating more issues later on.
The first thing I’d suggest is identifying why those three super entries are different, because that will point you to the right fix. A good place to start is checking the payment date rather than just the pay period, since super accruals are based on when the wages were actually paid. It’s also worth checking your Super Payments report so you can see all the super amounts that have been accrued, paid, and are still outstanding in your file. It’s an older post, but the info in it is still really helpful for tracking down where the difference is coming from.
