Tax Exceptions Review freezes

Hello, I run the Company Auditor and get to the last section Tax Exceptions Review and it freezes and times out constantly. It did work when ran a full year report but won't if change to just the l...

    Hi MOTIVATED, 

     

    If it works for the full year but freezes on just the quarter, there’s likely a transaction in that date range causing it.

     

    Try running the review in smaller date ranges, like one month at a time, to narrow it down.

     

    Once you find the affected period, open those transactions, reselect the tax code, and save. If any were imported, they’re worth checking first.

     

    If it still freezes after that, please reach out to support from My Account or via live chat through MOCA, our virtual assistant, so that they can investigate the file with you.
