myob freezing

I have a monthly invoice that is 4-5 pages. myob contantly feezes and shuts down when using this invoice. is this a myob issue? i am using a new computer

    Hi Trad1

     

    Thanks for sending through the screenshot of the error log. I can see it’s showing System.OutOfMemoryException. There are a few different things that can cause this one, so it’s worth running through a couple of checks:

    • Try installing the server edition of AccountRight (if you’re not already using it).
    • Clear your AccountRight cache.
    • If the error comes up when you’re receiving a payment against a sales order, double-check that all your linked accounts are set up correctly in your company file.
    • Make sure there aren’t any irregular characters (like # @ % & etc.) in the customer’s Bank Account Name in your company file.

    If none of that does the trick, the best next step is to reach out to our support team so they can dig a bit deeper into what’s causing it. You can log a ticket from the My Account window or jump onto our live chat through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
