504 Gateway Timeout during API call

In the last week we've had three 504 Gateway Timeouts while attempting upload to our online AccountRight files using the API. Is this common for online files? We've only recently migrated from on-premise to online and, when on-premise, never had any timeout issue with the API.

 

This issue is compounded by the fact that in all three cases the record was actually created in AccountRight, but our business application of course was unaware of this.

    We continue to get a handful of 504 gateway timeouts per week when making API calls to our online AccountRight company files.

     

    I understand this was a particular issue last year (2021) and MYOB claimed to have resolved it, but it is clearly not fully resolved.

      Gateway time outs are reducing I haven't had one since the 18th of march.

        I've had 20 out of 13,000 calls in the last 2 months, last one on 1 April. That's a 0.15% hit rate. Not sure how that compares to how it was last year. (I've only been online since Jan this year.)
