AccountRight On-Premise Not Pulling Out all Transactions

I am trying to extract all transactions from journalTransaction in order to balance to the Trial Balance, however for some reason Bank Transactions are not always coming out of the API correctly. Som...

Thanks for reaching out, We might need to have a more in-depth look into what is occurring here. 

 

Would you please be able to give us an email at developers@myob.com with the

full HTTP trace (including request and response headers, URI, and message body/JSON) for the request that is returning the empty request? The information we are looking for is shown on our [help page] (https://apisupport.myob.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000492176-Raising-a-ticket-with-MYOB-API-Support) here which will help us to narrow down where the issue is occurring.
