Just to add a bit of clarity: Via my ongoing support case MYOB advised they rolled back the online API changes on Friday 22nd, and since then we’re no longer seeing issues. There was definitely a window between the 14th and 22nd where data from the /GeneralLedger/JournalTransaction endpoint couldn’t be relied on. We saw inconsistencies across hundreds of clients during that time.
As of Monday and Tuesday this week, we haven’t had any further reports from customers, so it looks like the rollback is still holding. Fingers crossed it stays that way, but I’ll keep an eye out and update here if anything shifts.
