Hi MAJackie , this error, and error 500 (Internal Server Error) can only be resolved by SubscribeHR themselves.
From time to time, calls to the API will be rejected at the 'front gate', and the only solution is for the external program to make the same call again. Usually the second request gets through, although we allow up to 6 retries, the maximum I've ever seen is 4.
SubscribeHR need to amend their program accordingly.
PS - to the moderators - the MYOB Business API forum does not appear to be listed in the revamped "Browse Community" drop-down.

Thanks for the feedback.
The MYOB Business API is a specialist board and thus wouldn't appear in the "standard" drop-down when selecting to start a new post from the Community Forum Homepage or other boards. You would need to select Show All.. before navigating to the board -- Partners>>Developers>>MYOB Business API>>MYOB Business API. Of course, if you are already on the MYOB Business API board and select Start a Post it should pre-populate with that board.Just a reminder that the MYOB Business API board can be located via Browser Community>>Partners>>Developers>>MYOB Business API>>MYOB Business API. Alternatively, you might like to save that as a Favourite Board for easier access.
