Error when updating to 2019.2.1
Hi there,
I am trying to update to 2019.2.1 from the MY Myob site and I continually receive an error stating 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package MYOB.AccountRight.API.AddOnConnector.Installer.ms in the box below' (see image attached).
I have done a search on my computer for that folder containing the installation package and changed the folder to it however I am still receiving this error.
Can someone please assist?
