Are there any future plans for AR API AddOn Connector?
We are currently on 2026.4 API AddOn Connector. AR SE is on 2026.5. File is on 2026.5. We cannot go online that easily due to legacy apps that we use with these.
Last July 22, we can still access the file via the AddOn Connector but last Monday it stopped working with this error:
[Message, The Company File version is not supported.]
Note that we can access the File via SE without issues.
Exit the existing connector, then go to the folder I mentioned previously (on your computer) and run the connector exe that is found there
hello sir but there is no 2026.5 connector in the downloads page. and besides 2026.4 Connector and 2026.5 SE has been working until 22nd July.
Hi Extremeadmin , you mentioned in your post that you were using the 2026.4 API connector. I think you need to install the 2026.5 connector.
I can select and open the Company File from the SE 2026.5, no issues. That is when we try to "open" the file via http://localhost:8080/AccountRight/(GUID) we get this error:
[Message, The Company File version is not supported.]
There is no version changes from the last time it was working (July 22).
Hi Extremeadmin , my understanding is that you need the addon connector for the current server edition installed, ie 2026.5. Search the start menu for SE and select go to file location on its menu.
