My add-in has started failing today with the same error message. I'm investigating this too.
Upgrading the AccountRight API from 2016.2.99 to 2018.1.144 fixed this for us.

can you please advise how to get the version of the connector,
2018.1.4 installer only contains the connector version 2.21.6556

Hi, you need to update the SDK, not the addon connector:

Thanks for reaching out. Last week we made a security change to our API meaning we will no longer accept connections using TLS1.0. As @Triboss has said, you will need to update the SDK and ensure you are using TLS1.1 or greater.
