MYOB Addon connector

Question

Hi&nbsp;DXC&nbsp;, this query should be raised in the Developer forum (https://community.myob.com/t5/MYOB-Business-API/bd-p/AccountRightAPIquestions). A moderator will move your post for you.&nbsp;Most of my work is with cloud files, I don't use the connector, but your problem is more likely to lie elsewhere, such as in API authorisation, or user access permissions.

Thanks Mike.&nbsp; &nbsp;We are having no luck getting someone from MYOB to help us, can you recommend someone who we may be able to reach out to to help us.

Hi&nbsp;DXC&nbsp;, I have found the developers very responsive. Either post to the API forum as I suggested previously, or email developers@myob.com.&nbsp;Working with local files, your header should include:&nbsp;Authorization: Basic ABCta353c5R6YXRvcjo=
x-myobapi-version: v2See&nbsp;https://developer.myob.com/api/myob-business-api/api-overview/headers/ for more details.&nbsp;&nbsp;"ABCta353c5R6YXRvcjo=" is Username=Password encoded. (https://www.base64encode.org/)&nbsp;The add-on connector is not used for accessing cloud files).
