When will MYOB have a connector with Claude Cowork? Xero does already...

Love that you’re keeping an eye on the AI ecosystem. Right now, MYOB doesn’t have a connector with Claude Cowork, and there aren’t any announced plans for that specific integration. We're always working on improving and expanding our AI capabilities inside MYOB.

Is there a deadline date for MYOB to connect with Claude? MYOB is now behind the times. 
Considering switching to XERO after I've been with MYOB for 20 years, as they connect to Claude.

That connector can certainly make things easier.. At the moment, we don’t have a deadline date to share for a Claude connection.

I understand why you’re asking, especially after being with MYOB for so long. There isn’t a confirmed timeframe we can provide at this stage, but if anything is announced, it will be shared through our usual product updates.

A connector has just turned up in Claude but its beta and invite only. Seems to be a canned set of reports (P&L, outstanding customer balances, outstanding payables, sales invoice totals, payment terms, financial-year dates) so if you need full query access this won't cut it. I understand they're protecting their app developer ecosystem but without a full MYOB AI query connector they'll keep losing ground and we'll keep paying over $100 per month to access our own finanical data on top of MYOB license cost.

MYOB has released its Claude connector and ChatGPT plug-in on an invite-only basis. Initial functionality will cover a set of reports including P&L, outstanding balances, payables, invoice totals, payment terms and financial-year dates. Initial scope is deliberate for this early stage; it lets us validate data accuracy, security and performance on a smaller surface before expanding what the connector can do.
