SSL Invalid Grant

Hi

 

This morning clients report that the API connection to MYOB is returning:

{"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"The provided authorization grant (e.g., authorization code, resource owner credentials) or refresh token is invalid, expired, revoked, does not match the redirection URI used in the authorization request, or was issued to another client. The authorization code has already been used.

 

The interface has worked for at least a year. How can I fix it?

    Check the expiry on the OAuth Token. It changed a while back. Make sure you are refreshing the token before the expiry time. If it's after the expiry time do a token refresh then make your api call.

    Hi amortlock​ , I note that there is a worldwide problem at the moment linked to DNS resolution. It's possible this may be related to the errors being reported.
