Invalid Confirmation Code
I have a client who uses AccountRight Premier v19.16. When I log in it tells me I have to confirm - online confirmation doesn't work, have tired the link and insturctions for Activating and Confirming older MYOB Products - all I am getting is
"An invalid Confimration Code has been entered"
"You have also exceeded the number of days allowed for confirming your company file"
"Until you confirm your company file, you will only be able to view information........"
Any ideas on how I confirm the file?
