Invalid Confirmation Code

I have a client who uses AccountRight Premier v19.16.  When I log in it tells me I have to confirm - online confirmation doesn't work, have tired the link and insturctions for Activating and Confirming older MYOB Products - all I am getting is

"An invalid Confimration Code has been entered"

"You have also exceeded the number of days allowed for confirming your company file"

"Until you confirm your company file, you will only be able to view information........"

 

Any ideas on how I confirm the file?

    Usually you have to wait for MYOB to respond on here but if you need an emergency code, then try FGH Tables. Not sure what their hours are though.

      Thanks for the info Liz.  I went through the FGH tables to the point where it says it will charge me for it.

       

      I'll wait until MYOB answers, or give them a call on Monday.  Thanks anyway.

        Hi bums 

        Yes, they are a third party provider. Hopefully, MYOB will sort it quickly for you but the other option is still there if not.
