Inventory items with 16 decimal place value for stock on hand

Question

I have a number of inventory items which either have up to 16 decimal place value for stock on hand, or negative (minor decimal) value. &nbsp;I've tried using Count Inventory/Adjust Inventory but this does nothing to resolve this problem! HELP!!

To resolve the issue with long decimal places, our support team will need to run a script on your file. you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount, and they'll be able to assist you with this process.

I've been on hold for support now for over an hour and Moca doesn't understand. All I need is a script run by MYOB.&nbsp;

If MOCA is unable to help, you are supposed to be routed to the live chat team which can continue with your concern. Alternatively, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window.&nbsp;
