Issue - Duplicate Superannuation Payment in MYOB

Hi Paula3,

 

If the super payment was processed on the 21st and paid on the 30th of January, you can manually match the transaction by expanding the dates to show the possible match. However, if the super payment has been paid twice, you'll need to reverse the other payment. See this link for detailed steps. If the issue persists after doing this, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount for further assistance.
