New Client AR Plus file gone inactive

 

 

New Client AR Plus file gone inactive after I requested it to be added to my partner invoice as the MYOB rep had put it as a seperate customer in my personal name. 

 

I have tried re-regestering the file with no luck. 

 

Rather urgent as it is EOFY for NFPs !

 

Any suggestions on what I can do?

    Hi scotzam,

     

    The best way to handle this is to contact support, as they can review the changes made to your account. I suggest reaching out through the MyAccount window or using live chat via MOCA.
