Something Went Wrong - unable to use MYOB Business

Hi team,

 

I have been getting following message while accessing company files on MOYB Business.

Tried refreshing the paging using Ctrl + F5 but did not work. Could you please assist on this issue.

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum!

     

    I appreciate you sending a screenshot of the error message that you are getting when you are trying to access your company file. This is usually caused by an internet issue or the browser that you are using.

     

    Aside from refreshing the browser, have you tried to use a different browser, have you gone through a private window? If not, please try to use a different browser and try to open a private browser. You may also try clearing your browser's cache.
