Superannuation issue

we have a staff member who acts in 2 roles and is paid at different rates for these.  I listed this staff member twice for ease of payment rates, but now I can't lodge superannuation payments because the system registers that the member's details are the same.  It brings up an error message to ring MYOB but the number appears to not be in use.  Any ideas on how to get this payment made?

    Hi Further_better

I see how this could be a bit tricky. Instead of listing the staff member twice, you could create two different wage categories for the two roles in your payroll. This way, the system will recognize it as one employee with different pay rates, and you should be able to lodge superannuation payments without any issues. See this helpful article about wages, which will guide you in setting up new wage categories. Let me know if you need further assistance!

    Kind regards,

    Shella

That helps me going forward... but how do I pay the superannuation?
