URGENT - Can't get into file 'backup in progress'

Hi,   After starting backing up a file an issue came up with it so closed out of MYOB. Now when I try to get back into it, the following error comes up. The file name is 'The Peninsula'.   P...

To resolve this issue, we need to run a script over the file. Please contact our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a support case via MyAccount to fix this.
