The root cause continues to be worked on, we are currently in the process of failing over impacted clients to a new environment to bring them back online while this continues.

The incident on Advanced continues. We have one database cluster that is not performing as expected. This originally manifested as poor performance for a subset of our clients who's databases are on this cluster but we now believe sites would not be able to login therefore these clients are now down.
We continue to work with AWS to identify root cause, in the meantime we have started migrating sites from the original cluster across to the new one, unfortunately this is a slow process and dependent on database size.
Unfortunately resolution time is still dependent on us finding and fixing the root cause or completing migration of affected clients.
We will continue to provide updates as this issue progresses.
