thanks for the reply. Our company system is Mac. Is there any way I could download the report designer.

Hi HazelLIU95 ,

Unfortunately there's no Mac version of the Report Designer at present.  
You can download the application from the "Download MYOB Advanced Tools" screen ( FILEGETTER ), but you'll need to use either a separate Windows OS boot, or a program like Parallels or Crossover to run the windows application.

I'm not aware of any plans to build a Mac native version of the Report Designer at present.
