    Hi Stella123 

     

    It doesn't sound that you've successfully undone the bank reconciliation. The Last Reconciled date in the Reconcile Accounts window shall be updated once you completed the undo process, however, it will not change your invoice status, it does not delete any transactions so paid invoices will remain 'Closed'.

     

    Please try undoing the bank reconciliation again following the steps in this Help article: Undoing a bank reconciliation, be sure to make a backup before proceeding.
