ASB Bank Feed
Hi. Even though I received the credit card transactions through the ASB Feed from yesterday, none of the transactions across the cheque accounts were? Is there a problem?

I'm sorry to hear the transactions from your cheque accounts haven’t come through, even though the ASB credit card transactions have. Bank feeds can sometimes update at different times. To refresh the feed, go to Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions, then check again.
If the cheque-account transactions are still missing, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can check the feed in more detail.

My ASB Bank Feeds are also missing today. This suggests an issue with ASB rather than our individual MYOB file
