Bank feeds from ASB not working

Bank feed transaction data from ASB has not come through today for 31 August which is needed to do end of month reconciliations.  This does not show on your updates page as an issue so can only assume that you do not know about it yet.

    Please be advised that there are noted delays affecting Australian customers for ASB. This has since been resolved and your bank feeds should begin to come through.

    i am using MYOB in NZ not Australia

    Thanks for confirming. If you are still experiencing missing transactions please raise a case via your My Account dashboard. The bank feeds team will be able to re-send the data to your file.
