Attachments not showing up

I'm having issues with MYOB Business (Online) and MYOB Accountright not syncing up. 

 

I've had an employee enter in some transactions on MYOB Business and i can see his transactions on Accountright but the attachments he's put on aren't coming through on Accountright. I can see them on the MYOB Business though. How can I get these to show on Accountright?

I can see how important it is to have all transaction details, including attachments, show up correctly. It is important to note that MYOB Business and AccountRight are two different platforms with distinct features and functionalities. While they can sync certain data, full synchronisation including attachments may not always be possible due to differences in how the two systems handle data and file storage.
