bank feed access denied

I am trying to set up a new bank feed. I am the business owner and it is dening me access

    Kindly attach a screenshot of the window where it shows that your access has been denied when setting up a new bank feed. This will help us identify and further assist you with your concern. Please make sure to remove any sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
