Access to bank feeds denied

Hi

I have been denied access to all our bank feeds this morning. 

We submitted a bank feed form for an account to be added yesterday. 

I have not received an email of explanation.

I have administrator access. ???

What do you suggest?

    Hey gillianb,

     

    The error "Cannot get bank feeds" usually happens due to capital letters or extra spaces in the email address. Here's what to check: 

     

    • Enter the email address in lowercase when signing in to the company file and getting the actual bank feeds.
    • Manually type the email address instead of copying and pasting it to avoid any hidden spaces.

     

    If you still can't get bank feeds, reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, for a closer look.

      Hi there, i am having exactly same error message, i am struggling to get updated bank feeds in application however it seems banks feeds getting updated on browser MYOB. 

      Please provide solutions asap. i have spoken to MYOB team 1.5 hrs on the phone, Guy could not fix the problem, then he said somebody will contact me from team to fix the problem, no body contacted me so far.

      we are unable to get bank feeds as of this morning and 2 hours chatting Glaze from MYOB was a waste of time as he offered suggestions we had already explained and screen shot we had actioned, therefore not helping, we need this resolved asap
      I am the file owner and admin

        Hi KymB70,

         

        That definitely isn't aligned with what our support team aims to achieve. If the problem persists until now, try creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window since other avenues haven't resolved your bank feed issue.

    I have checked the email sign in , no problems there.

    I have booked a online chat with support to see if they can help.
